Global Shapers Paris

Working Together Towards a Brighter Future

The Global Shapers Community is a network of Hubs developed and led by young people who drive impact and social change.

As members of the Global Shapers Paris hub, we implement projects in the Paris region around the community's 3 impact areas: standing up for equity and inclusion, protecting the planet, and shaping the future of education and employment.

Who we are

8600+ members | 400+ city-based hubs | 153 countries

As members of the Paris Hub, we belong to the Global Shapers Community with whom we connect, exchange ideas and undertake shared projects. Created by Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, the network consists of young people between the age of 20 to 30 driven by social impact. Shapers are selected on the basis of their achievements, leadership potential, and willingness to make a difference.

What we do

Strong focus driving meaningful change

As members of the Global Shapers Paris hub, we are driven by a single goal: to do our part in making our community a better, more inclusive place.

We implement projects in the Paris region around the community's 3 impact areas: standing up for equity and inclusion, protecting the planet, and shaping the future of education and employment.

Women empowerment

Equity and inclusion

Driven by our firm belief that gender equality is essential to our economy and society, we support the World Economic Forum and UN’s mission aiming at reducing the gender gap. Indeed, as underlined by McKinsey Global Institute study equal representation of women and men in the labor-force and more precisely, in executive positions, increase compagnies’ financial and social gains. As Global Shapers, we expect tomorrow’s future actors to embrace these differences rather than be frightened by them.

Specifically we focus on women empowerment through training and sponsorship programs bringing together companies, workers and mentors.

We are looking for financial and logistical support in setting up our future workshops.
